However, for other locations, you can always contact us for further information, and we will arrange the shipping process for you with our carrier.   • We recommend using a ring sizer tool available at most jewelry stores. Alternatively, you can measure the circumference of your finger using a piece of string or a strip of paper and compare it to a sizing chart. Visit our Size Guide for more information.

  • Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials such as Sterling silver, stainless steel, Gold filled, solid gold plated, gemstones, pearls, and aluminum cooper wire. Each piece is designed to be durable, long-lasting, unique, and beautiful.

  • Currently, we do not offer custom or personalized jewelry. However, we have a wide selection of unique designs to choose from, and we're constantly updating our collections with new styles.

  • To initiate a return or exchange of gift card value, please contact our customer service team at contact@cayartbijoux.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return. 

    - Once your request is approved, if you do not want to exchange for a gift card value, you can return the item to our local address. 

    - Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage or loss during transit. 

    Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.
