1. Eligibility:
– If the products received differ from those ordered in terms of design and color or defective. Please notify us by email upon receiving the product. See refund process for further details.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
– We do not accept returns on the rings. Since they are handmade, be aware that the form may vary slightly. Kindly look at the pictures and the guide size offer before purchasing.
– We do not accept returns if you choose the wrong size, length, or color. We recommend that you check all the details before final purchase.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased during sales promotions. Once a customer completes a purchase it is final.
2. Timeframe:
– You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return or request an exchange of gift card
– Returns or exchanges requested beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange in gift card value, please contact our customer service team at contact@cayartbijoux.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, if you do not want to exchange with a gift card value you can return the item to our local address.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage or lost during transit.
4. Refunds Process
– Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days if you do not want an exchange in gift card as credit for purchase.
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, or the item is defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and DHL immediately upon receipt.
- We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before approving the return.
- Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Final Sale Items:
- Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
